Jonathan D Preece, Surveyors and Property Agents was first established in 1988. The principal area of operation is Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. The Company also acts for a number of clients throughout mainland Britain. Clients include banks, multi-national PLC companies, family trusts, individuals and partnerships.
The Company enjoys an excellent reputation as being highly professional and has built up a wealth of knowledge relating to the property industry.
Areas of expertise include property agency, management, valuations and surveys together with associated professional work.
Valuations are also undertaken for tax and dispute resolution purposes and increasingly we are fulfilling the role of expert witness.
