History
Jonathan D Preece was first established in 1988 as Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Agents. In 1990 the company extended its areas of operation to include residential estate agency trading as Jonathan Preece & Co.
In September 2005, the company agreed a successful sale of the Residential Sales and Lettings side of the company to its two Residential Sales Managers, retaining the name of Jonathan Preece & Co Ltd, and the company has now returned to its original name of Jonathan D Preece, Surveyors.
